  1. From the canvas: Click on your card and click on the table icon from the secondary toolbar. This will place a data table card on your cursor.
  2. From an expanded card: In the right section, click on the table tab.

For each column in your data table, you can configure how your data is formatted, sorted, and visualized. Click on the dropdown next to each column title to customize:

  • Visualization colour: choose the color of the bars in a bar chart or line in a line chart. Changing the x-axis will not affect the visualization. Pie charts can't be customised at the moment.
  • X / Y-axis
  • Column sort: select how the values of that column will be sorted. You can also quick sort by clicking on the column title. This will cycle through the options of ascending > descending > cancel sorting.
  • Data type: specify the type of your data from the following options: text, number, percentage, money, scientific, date, time, and datetime. The available options depend on the data, e.g. if the data isn’t date-related, you won’t see Date, Time, Datetime options.
  • Number format: choose the thousands separator and customize the number of decimal places displayed.
