Invite your team

Invite members

Go to Fluent > Invite People on the side bar to invite members to your Fluent workspace. Select their user role and team.

User roles

A user can be an Admin, Data user, or Business user.

• Business users have access to the core functions of Fluent – ask questions and create canvases. They do not have access to data features.
• Data users can also manage data features - data source, datasets, answer SQL
• Admins can also manage teams and user roles.

Join teams

Inviting a member gives them access to your Fluent workspace. They need to be part of a team to create canvases and ask questions. We recommend selecting a team when inviting members.
